A founder, operator, and advisor, Kristin Toth helps startups grow from early ideas into companies built to last. She’s led and scaled teams across tech, e-commerce, and education, with CEO, COO, and executive roles at startups like Fernish, Dolly, Code Fellows, and Zulily. She also spent eight years at Amazon, where she helped launch initiatives including same-day delivery and digital music. Today, Kristin advises CEOs, serves on multiple boards, and chairs the University of Michigan’s Center for Entrepreneurship. She’s passionate about teaching, mentoring, and giving back. Outside of work, you’ll often find her paddleboarding or wakesurfing—usually with her golden retriever, Maizey, along for the ride.
