This is John Hennessy – the tech entrepreneur, engineering whiz, and master educator – he’s the CEO of Elegus Technologies (a spinout from U-M) bringing nanotechnology into batteries to make them safer and longer-lasting. In the past, John’s ventures were about tutoring services and online education products, with a special emphasis on STEM and standardized exams. As luck would have it, his experience landed John an amazing opportunity to teach a bunch of fun subjects at the University of Michigan – genetics, physics, computer programming, and entrepreneurship! He’s got the mindset and the skills to make learning an exciting quest.
