ELP is an application based Immersive Experience, recruiting annually in the fall. This year-long program that provides deep training and mentorship for a select cohort of students to develop skills in areas of individual leadership, operations, innovation, and execution. Students from all schools/colleges, academic programs, and years are eligible for the program.
