Grace Hsia holding up products from her Warmilu company

Grace is a problem solver. She connects Warmilu to the right people to build strategy and infrastructure to share warmth. Having been born preterm, leading Warmilu is an opportunity to give back and transform lives with warmth. She is passionate about getting more young women into the STEM fields and breaking down typical engineering stereotypes. Since May 2013, she has also provided recommendations to 240+ start-ups through the First Customer Program to address critical gaps in business development, marketing, and sales.

Heading into her third year as the instructor for the Entrepreneurs Leadership Program (ELP), Grace continues to stay connected with the College of Engineering (B.S.E. (Materials Science & Engineering), 2012, Master of Entrepreneurship (MsE), Joint Degree Program with U-M Ross School of Business and College of Engineering, 2013). Helping to educate and guide the next generation of Michigan Entrepreneurs, she strives to show them how to be problem solvers and make a real impact on the world.
