The Desai Family Accelerator is a collaborative effort between The Center for Entrepreneurship and the Zell Lurie Institute for Entrepreneurial Studies at the Ross School of Business. The Accelerator is a program open to startups for two 13-week cohorts a year, looking to help passionate entrepreneurs take their early-stage ventures to external-funding readiness by leveraging The University of Michigan’s expansive network of people and resources. Admission to the program includes:

  • Investment of up to $50k in founder-friend funding
  • Expert mentors from across the country and a thriving local entrepreneurial ecosystem
  • A collaborative work environment in downtown Ann Arbor
  • Intern staff of undergraduate and graduate students from the Ross School of Business, College of Engineering, Stamps School of Art & Design, School of Information, U-M Law School, and College of Literature, Science, and the Arts
  • Resources including legal advices and cloud credits worth $500k+

Applications are currently open for the Desai Accelerator Summer 2018 Program, which runs June 11 – September 28
